Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 February 2019, Manifatture Digitali Cinema Prato has hosted the first Masterclass for actors in Tuscany by the Maestro Pupi Avati, organized by the Association Play Arte in Movimento. They were two days full of emotions and teachings, during which the great director showed his human and professional depth.
Author of films of various genres – from horror to comedy, up to the historical drama -, Pupi Avati has won three David di Donatello Awards and won numerous other awards. His works have been selected in the most important international Film and Art festivals. Of his long list of successes, we cite: La casa dalle finestre che ridono (1976), Una gita scolastica (1983), Regalo di Natale (1986), Storia di ragazzi e ragazze (1989), Magnificat (1993), Il cuore altrove (2003), La seconda notte di nozze (2005), Il papà di Giovanna (2008) e Una sconfinata giovinezza (2010).
